Trifari was originally founded in 1910 but it wouldn't be till the 1930s that the brand would see its popularity rise. During this time, Alfred Philippe joined the company bringing with him the many high-end jewelry techniques that he learned from his time with jewelry houses Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels. Capitalizing on the companies newfound popularity, Trifari worked closely with popular Broadway productions and movie producers styling well-known actresses throughout the years. This Trifari silver leaf choker necklace is from the 1950s to 1960s.
