Lucite Yellow and Black Beaded Necklace

During the 1940s, the war's presence forced materials to be rationed and items considered excessive such as jewelry, had been minimized. When the 1950s hit, along with the end of the war, a revival for fashion also sprung. This fashion renaissance focused on embracing trends and bright colors while also drawing inspiration from the infamous "new look" in Paris. This necklace is from the 1950s to 1960s.
