Cranberry Pink Italian Murano Glass Mid Century Ashtray

Born in the furnaces of Murano, where Venetian glassmakers passed techniques from master to apprentice for generations, mid century pieces balanced modern design with centuries old artistry. Each form was shaped by hand in a single fluid motion, trapping light and color inside the glass so it would glow long after leaving the flame. This cranberry pink mid century Murano glass ashtray is from the 1960s to 1970s and has the most beautiful iridescent amber glowy hue at the bottom.
