Israeli modernist David Varsano built his reputation on the electroform process, in which wax models are submerged in a silver bath for ten to twelve hours, producing hollow, seamless sterling pieces impossible to achieve by casting or stamping. These earrings are sculpted in his signature two tone idiom, with concentric rose discs centered in gold vermeil and elongated organic drops that fall in a fluid wax-like form down the ear.
