Founded in 1905 by brothers Frank L. and John W. Fenton in Martins Ferry, Ohio, the Fenton Art Glass Company became renowned for its handmade art glassware. Known for intricate designs, floral motifs, and distinctive color combinations, Fenton produced collectible glass items until its closure in 2011, leaving a rich legacy. This pristinely preserved aqua blue glass butterfly is a Fenton piece from the 1980s to 1990s.
