L.E. Smith Glass Company was founded in 1907 in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, and became one of America’s premier producers of pressed and hand-molded glass. Renowned for its vibrant colors and detailed patterns, the company gained prominence through the mid-20th century for its decorative art glass and elegant figural designs. Its craftsmanship remains a hallmark of American glassmaking heritage. This rare green horse statue is from the mid-century era.
