Founded in 1871 in Illinois, Royal Haeger evolved from brick manufacturing into art pottery by the early twentieth century, gaining recognition during the 1930s to 1950s for innovative glazes and sculptural forms. By the mid century period, Royal Haeger became known for animal figures, modernist silhouettes, and hand finished ceramic glazing techniques developed through kiln experimentation. This beautifully preserved mid century Royal Haeger gazelle vase is from the 1950s to 1960s and still has the original manufacturing sticker intact.
Dimensions: height 15 inches
