James Napier joined the company and became president in 1920, steering its transformation toward costume jewelry. By 1922, the company had rebranded as The Napier Company, reflecting its new focus. The period from the 1950s to the 1970s marked significant growth for Napier, as it embraced contemporary fashion trends, producing iconic and highly collectible pieces.
