Fenton Glass was founded in 1905 by brothers, Frank and John Fenton. They originally painted glass pieces produced by other factories and in 1907 they made the decision to start manufacturing their own designs. Fenton was the largest producer of colored glass for the United States up until they closed their doors in 2011. This Fenton thumbprint swung vase is from the 1960s.
