Monet Gold Rope Long Necklace

Monet was founded by two brothers in the 1920s, having originally specialized in producing metal hardware for women's handbags. It was in 1937 when the brothers changed the company's original name from Monocraft to Monet. At this time, the brother's shifted their focus to producing high quality costume jewelry that was chic as well as affordable. This necklace is from the 1960s to 1970s.
